Hold Me Tight®
An Experiential Programme for Couples
The Hold Me Tight® Workshop is an experiential programme in which you will have the opportunity to learn about the new science of love and to find new ways of communicating and understanding one another, so as to build a deeper connection with your partner.
At the Greek EFT Network, we help couples learn how to face their emotions together, to reach for one another and to respond in warmer, more loving ways.

The award-winning Hold Me Tight® programme for couples draws on more than thirty years of research in the science of adult attachment and in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), developed by Dr Sue Johnson.
It is an experiential workshop and is not a form of psychotherapy.
The next Hold Me Tight® workshop for couples will take place over two weekends in November 2026
