An Experiential Programme for Couples

Hold Me Tight® is an experiential workshop in which you will learn about the new science of love and discover new ways of communicating and understanding each other, building a deeper connection with your partner.

At the Greek EFT Network, we help couples learn how to face their emotions together, to reach for one another and to respond in warmer, more loving ways.

The award-winning Hold Me Tight® relationship education and enhancement programme for couples is grounded in more than thirty years of research into the science of adult attachment and Dr Sue Johnson’s Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
Please note: this is an experiential workshop, not psychotherapy.

The next Hold Me Tight® workshop for couples will take place over two weekends in November 2026
